The crab line has a little, white net bag for the bait to go in. The crabs smell the bait and grip the bag with their pincers and you pull the bag ( and crab) up and put in your bucket.
REAL cornish crab fishers wouldn't need these but most of us are wimps and wear disposable gloves when it comes to crab bait...why???? because crab bait is.....
THIS! You buy nice mackerel heads from the fish shop, the slimier and smellier the better as the crabs like a nice smelly mackerel head.
